完善河北省养老保障体系的对策研究

A Research On Measures To Improve The Aging Security System Of Hebei Province

在人口老龄化不断加速的今天 ,建立功能完备的养老保障体系已成为应对老龄化社会挑战的必然选择。河北省养老保障体系建设已取得了一系列重大进展 ,对保障老年人生活、维护社会稳定、促进经济发展发挥了不可替代的作用。但按改革目标衡量还有较大差距 ,与社会经济发展的要求还有许多不适应 ,急需采取有效的对策进一步加以完善。

Today, with the acceleration in the population aging and the challenge to meet with it, it has become an inevitable choice for us to set up an all-functional aging security system. We have indeed made much progress on improving the old people's life, keeping the society stable, and helping the economy grow. But it is still far from our reform aim, and there are many inappropriate places for the requirements of the social economic development. So we are in bad need to take effective measures to perfect the system.
