摘要 内燃机在进行性能试验时,出现两种现象。一是内燃机在启动的时候,暖机时间较长,其原因是机油温度和冷却液的温度较低。二是内燃机经过长时间大负荷运行后,出现内燃机过热的现象,其原因是性能实验室现有的冷却系统已经满足不了内燃机的冷却需求。经过对冷却系统的分析和设计,将机油和冷却水外接进行强制冷却,实现对机油温度和水温的恒温控制,并在油底壳和水箱加装加热器的方式,成功地解决了暖机时间长和内燃机过热的问题。 When the internal combustion engine is carried out the performance test, there are two phenomena. One is that when the internal combustion engine starts, the heating time is longer, the reason is that the oil temperature and the coolant temperature are lower. Two is the internal combustion engine after a long period of high load operation, the phenomenon of internal combustion engine overheating; the reason is that the performance of the existing cooling system cannot meet the cooling requirements of the internal combustion engine. Through the analysis and design of cooling system, the oil and cooling water is forced to cool the oil temperature and water temperature control, and in the oil pan and the water tank with heater.
