某型柴油机中间齿轮紧固螺栓断裂原因分析

Reasons Analysis to Tight Bolt of Idle Gear Fractured for a Certain Diesel Engine

针对某型柴油机中间齿轮紧固螺栓发生断裂故障,从螺栓材料、断口形貌以及螺栓安装等方面进行了排查和分析。分析表明,导致中间齿轮螺栓断裂的原因是螺栓锁紧方式不当使螺栓发生松动,受异常剪切力作用发生断裂。据此提出了相应改进措施,故障消除。

This paper checked and analyzed bolt material and ruptured part bolt installation etc. for idler gear bolt fracturing fault of a certain type diesel engine. The results showed that the failure was due to loosed bolt caused by bolt improper locknut, which resulted from abnormal secateurs and fractured. The corresponding methods are put forward and the fault is eliminated.
