摘要
细胞培养箱是生物、医疗等领域的最普遍使用的常规仪器之一,然而目前的培养箱仍然存在气体达到设定浓度过慢的情况。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种用于细胞培养箱的三气混合分压调节的改进型PID算法,并通过仿真对该改进算法进行了研究。与普通PID算法方法相比,该改进型PID算法在细胞培养箱的主要工作范围内能够更快速实现培养箱内气体分压的稳定。对两种算法耗气量的比较表明,该改进型PID算法具有较强实用性。
Cell incubator is one of the most commonly used instruments in the fields of biology, medicine and so on, however the current products still exist the problem that the incubator reach the set point of gas concentration slowly after the door open and close progress. In this paper, an improved PID algorithm for the three gas mixed partial pressure regulation of cell incubator is proposed. The improved algorithm is studied by simulation. Compared with the ordinary PID algorithm, the improved PID algorithm can achieve the set point of the gas pressure faster in the incubator in the main working range of the cell incubator. The gas consumption comparison result of the two algorithms shows that the improved PID algorithm is of practicability.
