摘要 本文介绍一种电热蒸发器(ETV)与原子捕获(AT)装置结合,联用非色散原子荧光光度计(AFS),快速检测海产品及其制品中镉的技术。该技术可以定量分析固体、液体样品中的痕量镉,不引入化学试剂,且无需复杂的样品前处理过程。通过对仪器各个作用单元的调节优化,得到最佳的测试条件,分析一个样品时间低于4分钟。仪器检出限0.0042ng,相对标准偏差5.5%(0.5ngcd)。基于该方法条件测定了海带、紫菜、黄鱼、扇贝、牡蛎等海产品中镉含量,与使用“国家标准”方法得到的检测结果此对表明,两者无显著性差异,说明该技术可成为海产品中镉成分分析的一种高效手段。 In this paper, a new method for the determination of cadmium in marine products with non dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) is introduced, which is based on the combination of electrothermal vaporization (ETV) and atomic trapping (AT) techniques. This method can be used to analyze trace cadmium in solid samples, without the introduction of chemical reagents and complicated sample pretreatment. Through the adjustment of the various functions of the instrument, the optimal test conditions are obtained, and the whole analysis time of one sample is less than 4 minutes. The detection limit was 0.0042 ng, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5% (Cd lng). Based on this condition, the detection result of cadmium in kelp, laver, yellow fish, scallop and oyster showed that there is no significant difference with national standard test method, this technology could be used as an effective method for the analysis of cadmium in marine products.
