气密性与氦质谱结合的检漏技术在轮式特种车辆上的应用

摘要 针对轮式特种车辆在长期机动中可能出现的油气渗漏问题,由于传统方法都有一定的缺陷,无法达到全面检测的目的,因此在停车状态下,采用气密性与氦质谱相结合的综合检测方法,对于大漏率采用气密性检测,对于小漏率采用氦质谱检测,从而达到全面检测,将各种漏率级别的泄露提前检测出来,达到提前预防的目的,保证车辆机动状态的完好性,避免了单一方法的缺陷。 The paper studies the possible oil and gas leakage problem in the long time and long range maneuver of the special wheeled vehicles. The tradition method can not achieve the purpose of entire test because of its limitation. In the stop condition, the comprehensive detection method, which is based on the combination of air tightness and helium mass spectrometry, is used to detect all kinds of leakage rate. Air tightness testing for high leak rate, helium mass spectrometry testing for low leak rate. The method can achieve the purpose of prevention beforehand and guarantee the good condition of the vehicle, avoid the lacuna of singleness method.
