美国力可碳硫分析仪故障的分析与研究

摘要 通过对LECO碳硫测定仪CS444的电路控制系统和气路控制系统原理进行分析,结合在日常检修工作中观察到的故障现象,分析造成故障的原因,最后提供了正确解决故障的方式方法。在检修实例中,有电子元件故障引起的载气无法通路有载气气路泄露引起的漏气检查无法通过,通过实际问题具体分析具体解决的方式,使掌握系统原理、分析故障现象并解决的工作方式得到了体现和应用。 Through the principle analyzation of the circuit control system and the gas path control system of the LECO carbon sulfur analyzer CS444 combining with fault phenomena observed in the daily maintenance work, the author analyzes the cause of the failure and finally provides a correct way to solve the fault. In the overhaul example, due to the failure caused by electronic component, the carrier gas can not be accessed; the leak check caused by carrier gas path leak can not be passed. The concrete solutions were analyzed through the practical problems. The author makes users master system principle, the analysis of the fault phenomenon and the way to solve the embodiment and application.
