摘要
以聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN)为基体,以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)上的胺基为功能基团,制备了PAN-PEI纤维。用酸碱滴定法、红外吸收光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对纤维进行表征,模拟舰艇实际工况条件测试了纤维对甲醛的吸附性能。环境温度25℃、相对湿度50%、甲醛初始浓度为0.96 ppm:将1 g纤维放入容积为80 L的环境试验舱中,45 min后甲醛浓度下降到0.08 ppm;将100 g纤维制成滤器安装于空气净化器中,在体积为30 m3的环境实验舱内运行空气净化器50 min后甲醛浓度下降到0.08 ppm。
PAN- PEI fiber was prepared by grafting polyethyleneimine( PEI) on polyacrylonitrile( PAN) fiber. Acid- base titration,FTIR and SEM were used to characterize the fibers. Properties of PAN- PEI fiber to remove formaldehyde( HCHO) were tested under the working conditions of the vessels. With temperature 25℃,relative humidity 50% and the initial concentration of HCHO 0. 96 ppm,1 g fibers were put in the environmental laboratory modules of 80 liters,and 100 g fibers made as filters and attached to a air cleaner and the cleaner worked in the environmental laboratory modules of 30 m3,the consumed time of the concentration of HCHO decreased to the national standard 0. 08 ppm were 45 minutes and 50 minutes respectively.
