摘要
分析了风轮叶片疲劳加载机制,在此基础上对风轮叶片电动伺服控制疲劳加载原理进行研究,提出控制系统设计方案,并对控制系统硬件功能及同步控制策略进行分析。经过现场试验,验证了方案可行性。对试验结果的分析表明此方案符合疲劳加载要求。
Based On the analysis of the fatigue loading mechanism for the wind blade, the design of the control system is presented. The hardware function and the synchronization control strategy of the control system are de- signed. Then carry out field test, verify the feasibility of the control system, and analyze the result of the test. The result shows that the scheme is in line with the experimental requirements of fatigue loading.
