Inspection Management System Development of Building Hoist Safety Device Based on Barcode Technology

为了满足大批量防坠安全器检验过程的管理需求,提高检验效率并降低出错率,开发了一套基于条形码技术的施工升降机防坠安全器的检验管理系统。系统包括业务管理系统、检验管理系统和条形码管理系统三部分。通过引入条形码技术,建立以唯一设备识别码为基础的数据库,实现了业务受理、检验数据的获取、报告的出具、审核批准、领取出库、检验状态信息实时发布、到期检验提醒的全流程管理,具有良好的应用效果。

In order to meet the demand of mass inspection management for safety device, improve the test effi- ciency and reduce error rate, developed an inspection management system for building hoist safety device based on barcode technology. The system includes three parts： business management system, inspection management system and bar code management system. By the using of bar code technology, the establishment of equipment database based on UDI, achieved from business acceptance and the inspection and testing data acquisition, reporting, verifica- tion and approval, collection, inspection status information real-time release, maturity inspection reminder of the whole process management, has a good application effect.
