目前检定扭矩扳子的仪器有标准扭矩仪、扭矩扳子检定仪。根据客户的要求设计了适用于静重式扭矩标准机上的扭矩扳手检定装置。连接检定装置,将作用力矩和平衡力矩施加到扭矩板手上,通过比较扭矩机和扭矩板手的扭矩数值来确定精度。对4个规格的扭矩扳手进行相关试验,结果合格。

At present, only standard torque meter and torque wrench calibrating machine can calibrate torque wrench. According to customer demand, based on the frame structure of deadweight torque standard machine, de- signed the torque wrench calibrating device which can used in deadweight torque standard machine to calibrate torque wrench. Applied moment and balance moment can be applied to the torque wrench by connecting the calibrating de- vice, by comparing the torque values of deadweight torque standard machine and torque wrench to confirm the accura- cy. Through a great number of tests on four kinds of torque wrench the results is eligible.
