摘要
对冷硬卷边部缺陷及其外观特征进行了描述,对3种典型边裂缺陷形貌及产生原因进行了分析,认为炼钢过程表面结疤缺陷、热轧板边部组织异常、冷轧轧制润滑不均是这3种典型边裂缺陷产生的根本原因,为生产工艺控制提供了依据。
The edge defects and correspond characteristics of chilled cold coil were described.The morphologies and formation reasons of three kinds of typical edge-cracking defects were studied.The results showed that scar defect on the slab surface,abnormal microstructure at the edge of hot rolled strip,and non-uniform lubrication during cold rolling process were the main reasons of these three kinds of defects.It was the reference to process control of production.
