摘要
轧机齿轮箱为轧钢生产线关键设备,其状态的好坏直接影响着轧线的生产和效益。本文简要介绍了小波变换理论,并通过对现场轧机齿轮箱振动信号的采集,采用谐波小波变换,对采集的振动信号进行处理和分析并与变换前的信号进行比对,诊断了现场轧机齿轮箱故障,对轧机齿轮箱状态进行了把握,真正实现了设备的状态管理。
Mill gearbox as the key equipment of steel rolling line,the quality of its status directly affects the production and efficiency of rolling lines.The wavelet transform theory was simply introduced.For the on-site mill gearbox vibration signal acquisition,using harmonic wavelet transform and treating the vibration signal,the on-site mill gearbox failures were diagnosed.The device state management was realized.
