Technical improvement of cradle roll structure in cold rolling line

结合工程设计,对冷轧生产线上的地辊(实心辊、空心辊)进行了受力分析、安全系数和扰度计算,从理论上进行了比较,对地辊设计和制造提供了依据。

In this paper,the analysis and calculation of the force on solid and hollow cradle rolls were carried out,combining with the engineering design as well as safety factors and immunities.It was the reference to cradle design and manufacture.
