摘要
分析了宽厚板轧制过程中头部斜角产生的原因,通过开发差速咬入功能,优化轧机设备间隙,研究合理化的对中操作方式,根据粗轧来料厚度进行精轧辊缝偏差设定,基本解决了轧制斜角问题,改善了钢板平面形状,提高了成材率。
The cause of the bevel plate during heavy plate rolling was analyzed.Through the development of the biting function with differential speed,optimization of the stand gap,rationalization of the centering guide operation mode and the roll gap deviation setting according to the plate thickness coming from the roughing mill,this problem was solved.The plate plane shape was improved,the yield was raised.
