摘要
冷轧家电板是冷轧高端产品之一,屈服强度达到280 MPa以上的高强度家电板越来越受到用户青睐,本文针对罩式退火工艺生产高强度家电板实践中遇到的问题进行探讨分析,得出通过提升退火均匀性并结合平整延伸率的控制能够使强度级别达到用户要求,而对于表面活性及下游磷化或陶化过程中的锈蚀问题,不宜采取调整原料成分的方式,而应调整清洗剂、平整液。
Cold-rolled strip for household electrical appliance is the high-end product in cold rolling industry,with more and more popularity of more than 280 MPa high-strength plate.The production problems of high-strength cold-rolled strip in batch annealing process were analyzed.It concluded that combining annealing uniformity improvement and skin pass elongation control could make the strip strength meet the user needs,modifying the cleaning agent and tempering lubricant but not the strip chemical composition could resolve the corrosion problems in zirconia ceramic process.
