摘要
探讨维生素B_(12)对于缓解复发性阿弗他溃疡患者痛疼的效果。选择46例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者纳入本研究,随机分为对照组(21例)和治疗组(25例),对照组采用安慰剂进行治疗,治疗组应用维生素B_(12)乳膏涂于患处。经过2天治疗,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者复发性阿弗他溃疡疼痛水平。治疗组患者的疼痛明显改善,两组患者溃疡疼痛水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明维生素B_(12)可以作为复发性阿弗他溃疡的辅助治疗药物,缓解复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的疼痛水平,提高其生活质量。
To investigate vitamin B_（12） to relieve pain in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer pain.46 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were enrolled in the study and were divided into treatment group（25）and control group（21）.The control group had a placebo treatment and treatment group was treated with vitamin B_（12） cream coated on the surface of affected part.After 2days of treatment,the pain level of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer was measured by visual analogue scale（VAS）assessment.The pain of the treatment group was significantly relieved.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Vitamin B_（12） could relieve the pain level in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcers and improve the quality of live.
