教师专业伦理规范是教育教学中教师道德的发展和行为规范,是教师在教育活动中的道德标准。当前,需完善教师生存与发展的道德性价值。道指客观真理的存在,道表现为行,德表现为意,行与意不能分开,师道与师德合力形成了教师专业伦理的重要内容。教师专业伦理通过制度规范教师的行为,促进教师道德品质的伦理性提升。同时,对教师专业伦理制度进行实时调整与修改,也会使教师专业品质随着教师专业伦理制度的完善而提升。

At present,it is necessary to improve the moral value of teachers＇ survival and development. Meanwhile by adjusting and modifying the system of teachers＇ professional ethic,we also can enhance teachers＇ professional quality with the improvement of the ethical system.
