利益相关者理论视域下大学生参与高校管理的问题研究

Research on Undergraduates' Participative Management Based Stakeholder Theory

对高校而言,民主化的管理不仅是时代对高校提出的要求,也是高校不断自我壮大的一把利剑。大学生是高校民主管理的重要和依靠力量。然而,大学生在参与高校管理的过程中存在很多问题,如参与机制不完善,高校信息不透明或者半透明,大学生参与意识淡薄、管理能力不足,参与的内容和方式不明确等。以下方式可以拓宽大学生参与高校管理的路径:国家应细化大学生参与高校管理的法律法规,完善法律制度;高校应明确大学生参与管理的内容和方式,拓宽参与机制;大学生也应该提升自己的管理能力,提高参与高校管理的意识。

For universities,the democratic management is not only the requirements of the times proposed for universities,but also a sword which can make the universities constantly expand. College students are important power in terms of democratic administration in universities. However, there are many problems in the process of participating in management：the participation mechanisms are inadequate,the information is opaque or translucent,the students lack the consciousness of participation and management capacities,the contents and manners of participation are not clear. In order to broaden the paths to participative management,the State should refine the laws and regulations about participative management,the universities should clarify the contents and methods of students＇ participation,the undergraduates should also improve their own management capacities and increase consciousness of participation.
