摘要
通过分析我国20世纪以来的教育信息化政策文本表明,我国基础教育信息化主要从基础设施建设、教育信息资源开发、人才培训和教育管理信息化等方面进行。我国基础教育信息化政策体现出以人为本和教育公平的价值取向,不断促进基础教育信息化从应用整合向融合阶段发展,但我国基础教育信息化政策在合法化与基础教育信息化政策研究方面仍需要进一步加强。
By analyzing the text files of ICT policies in the basic education of China since 1920 s,we found that the main steps of ICT in basic education included infrastructure construction,resources development, teacher training and education management. ICT policies in the basic education are mainly people-oriented and fairness-oriented in education.And it is necessary to promote the informationization of education from integration to merging,but the legalization and research of ICT policies in the basic education still need further development.
