摘要
基于价值论纲的理性思考,对教师专业发展的价值论认识拓宽了价值讨论范围,厘清了教师专业发展向度,响应了社会主义核心价值观的教育发展诉求。教师专业发展是以价值理论为支撑,落实于价值存在论、价值实践论和价值意识论三位方向,意使教师统一于三位方向的和谐发展之中,力求教师以实际为本位,实现绝对价值与相对价值的统一,内在价值与外在价值的交互,文化价值与发展价值的持续,以此践行教师专业发展的教育价值需求。
Based on the rational thinking of value outline,recognizing the value of teachers' professional development has broadened the value scope of discussion,clarified the direction of teachers' professional development,and met the demand of educational development in response to the core values of socialism. Supported by the value theory,the professional development of teachers is implemented in the ontology of value,practice of value and consciousness of value with the purpose of having teachers develop harmoniously in the three directions. And it is also intended to have teachers take practice as the main job,realizing the unity of absolute value and relative value,the interaction of internal value and external value,the continuity of cultural value and developmental value,so that the educational value need of teachers' professional development will be met.
