多功能抗癌基因白细胞介素24在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 白细胞介素24(IL-24)是通过消减杂交法从人黑色素瘤细胞中分离出来的黑色素瘤分化相关基因,属于IL-10家族,它有促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制血管形成、增强放化疗敏感性以及免疫调节等作用,而对正常细胞没有毒副作用。作为一种具有多种抗肿瘤途径的细胞因子,IL-24将成为肿瘤基因治疗的新模式。文章主要对IL-24在抗肿瘤治疗中的作用及其机制作一综述。 Interleukin-24 (IL-24) is a member of IL-10 family, which was cloned from human melanoma cells by the method of subtractive hybridization. IL-24 can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and angiogenesis and enhance radiation sensitivity and immune adjustment with non-toxic effects on normal cells.As a kind of cytokine with multiple anti-tumor functions, IL-24 will become a new weapon of gene therapy against cancer. The application and mechanism of IL-24 in the treatment of cancer will be discussed in this paper.
