甘草次酸衍生物的制备工艺研究进展

摘要 甘草次酸具有3-位羟基、11-位羰基和30-位羧基官能团,按照排列组合C31+C32+C33=7,可有7类衍生物。即3-位羟基结构修饰衍生物、11-位羰基结构修饰衍生物、30-位羧基结构修饰衍生物、3-羟基和11-位羰基结构同步修饰衍生物、3-位羟基和30-位羧基结构同步修饰衍生物、11-位羰基和30-位羧基结构同步修饰衍生物和3-位羟基、11-位羰基和30-位羧基结构同步修饰衍生物。对7类衍生物的制备工艺进行了详细的综述,以期对甘草次酸衍生物的制备提供综合参考。 Glycyrrhetinic acid has 3-hydroxy, 11-a carbonyl group and 30-a carboxyl functional groups, according to the permutation and com- bination C31+C32+C3^3=7, there are 7 classes can derivatives. Namely, they are 3- hydroxy structure modified derivatives, 11-carbonyl structure modified derivatives, 30-carbony modified derivatives, 3- hydroxyl and carboxyl structure ll-synchronous modified derivatives, 3-hydroxyl and earbonyl struc- ture 30- synchronous modified derivatives, 11-carbonyl and carboxyl structure 30-carboxyl structure synchronization modified derivatives and 3-hy- droxy, 11-carbonyl and 30-carboxyl modified derivatives structure synchronization. In this paper, the preparation process of 7 derivatives were reviewed in detail, in the hope of providing a comprehensive reference to the preparation of glyeyrrhetinic acid derivatives.
