摘要
研究了几种不同的引发剂、促进剂和稳定剂对螺纹锁固厌氧胶的性能的影响,包括:固化速度、热贮稳定性、破坏扭矩、平均拆卸扭矩。考虑到生产环境和日趋高标准的环保要求,选择了过氧化月桂酰作为螺纹锁固厌氧胶的引发剂,苯肼作为促进剂,对苯二酚作为稳定剂。试验结果表明,当过氧化月桂酰质量分数为3.0%,苯肼质量分数为3.0%,对苯二酚质量分数为0.04%时,厌氧胶的综合性能达到了最佳值。
The effects of several different initiators, accelerants and stabilizers on the properties of thread locking anaerobic adhesive are studied, including the curing rate, thermal storage stability, the destruction torque and the average demolition torque. Taking into account the environment for production and increasingly strict standards of environmental protection, the lauroyl peroxide is selected as the initiator for anaerobic thread collarbone, the phenylhydrazine as an accelerant and the hydroquinone as a stabilizer. The results show that when the mass fraction of lauroyl peroxide, phenylhydrazine and hydroquinone is 3.0%, 3.0% and 0.04% respectively, the overall performance of anaerobic achieve will be optimal.
