A Probe into the Countermeasures against Crossing the"Green Trade Barrier

在世贸组织内 ,各国的贸易保护措施会受到WTO相关条款的约束。但某些发达国家利用WTO规则中的“灰色区域”设置了“绿色贸易壁垒” ,限制他国出口贸易的发展 ,这也将成为在我国加入世贸组织后影响我国对外贸易的一个重要因素。对此 ,我们应采取积极的措施来跨越这个壁垒。

In WTO, every nation's trade-protection measures will be limited by the relative WTO provisions. But some developed countries have set up' Green Trade Barrier' restricting the development of other countries' export trades by using' Gray District' in the WTO Rules. This barrier will be a vital element greatly influencing our nation's foreign trade after the entry into WTO. So we must take active measures to cross this barrier.
