Organizational System of Construction Cost Informationization in China

工程造价信息化是信息社会背景下现代工程管理发展的重要趋势之一,为更好地推动我国造价信息化进一步发展,基于对工程造价信息化现状的调查与分析,对工程造价信息化进程中政府、行业协会、企业三大建设主体进行角色定位与职能分工,并针对建设主体的主要特征探讨整体组织体系运行模式,为我国工程造价信息化组织体系建设相关研究提供参考。

Construction cost informationization is the one of the important trends of the modern project management in the information society. In order to promote the construction cost informationization in China,this paper conducted the role definition of government,industrial association as well as enterprises in the organization system based on the current situation of construction cost informationization. Meanwhile the operational mechanism of the basic organization system is discussed and provided thoughts for the further study of the construction cost informationization.
