补肾活血方对骨关节炎大鼠关节滑液IL-1β水平及滑膜MMP-9mRNA表达的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的观察补肾活血方对骨关节炎(OA)大鼠关节滑液白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)及关节滑膜基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法取20只采用Hulth法OA造模成功的SD大鼠,随机分为观察组和对照组各10只,分别给予自拟补肾活血方制剂、等量淀粉混悬液灌胃6周。采用酶免疫分析(RIA)法检测关节滑液中的IL-1β,采用RT-PCR法检测关节滑膜中的MMP-9 mRNA。结果观察组和对照组关节滑液IL-1β水平分别为(2.25±0.13)、(5.37±0.68)pg/m L,关节滑膜MMP-9 mRNA表达量分别为0.31±0.05、0.68±0.03。观察组大鼠关节滑液IL-1β水平和关节滑膜MMP-9 mRNA表达量均低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论补肾活血方灌胃可以抑制OA大鼠关节滑膜细胞分泌IL-1β及关节滑膜中MMP-9 mRNA表达。
