慢阻肺大鼠肺泡灌洗液和外周血中树突状细胞趋化因子受体水平变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)大鼠肺泡灌洗液(BALF)和外周血中树突状细胞趋化因子受体(CCR)6、CCR7水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、慢阻肺模型组、CCL20单抗组各10只,后两组用气道内注入脂多糖联合烟雾刺激的方法诱导慢阻肺模型,CCL20单抗组在造模前腹腔注射CCL20单克隆抗体。造模第29天观察大鼠肺组织病理变化,用ELISA法检测BALF及外周血中CCR6、CCR7水平。结果慢阻肺模型组肺组织HE染色符合慢阻肺的典型病理表现,CCL20单抗组肺部病理变化比慢阻肺模型组减轻。慢阻肺模型组BALF中CCR6水平高于对照组、CCL20单抗组(P均<0.05),BALF中CCR7水平低于对照组(P<0.05);而CCL20单抗组BALF中CCR7水平与慢阻肺模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组外周血中CCR6、CCR7水平比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论慢阻肺大鼠BALF中CCR6水平升高、CCR7水平降低,而外周血中CCR6、CCR7水平变化不明显,CCL20单抗可抑制CCR6水平升高以减轻病情。
