摘要
利用APDL参数化编程的方法对V锥流量计的悬臂支撑进行了参数化建模,运用ANSYS中优化模块对流量计悬臂支撑的尺寸进行了优化,其结果表明优化后悬臂支撑的受力情况得到了显著的改善,同时使得V锥流量计尺寸更加合理,并提高了材料的利用效率,实现了优化的意义。
Parametric modeling of the cantilever support of V cone flowmeter is carried out using the method of APDL.The size of the cantilever is optimized using ANSYS. The results show that the stress of the cantilever is improved significantly, the size of V cone flowmeter is more reasonable,and the efficiency of the material is improved.
