摘要
接触角是滚珠丝杠的重要参数,对其性能有很大的影响。通过理论分析,分别得出接触角与滚珠中心的转速和丝杠轴转速的比值、滚珠的角速度和丝杠轴转速的比值、旋滚比、接触变形的关系式,从而确定该丝杠副的最佳接触角为41°。通过计算得出最佳接触角下滚珠丝杠副的效率和寿命明显高于接触角为45°的情况。
The contact angle is an important parameter of ball screw, which has a great influence on the transmission performance. Theoretical analysis is used to obtain the relationship between the contact angle and the ratio of the ball center speed with the screw shaft speed,the relationship between the contact angle and the ratio of the ball angular velocity with screw shaft speed, the relationship between the contact angle and ratio of revolution and rolling, the relationship between the contact angle and contact deformation. So the optimum contact screw angle is 41 degrees. Calculation proves that the efficiency and the service life of the optimum contact angle are all higher than that of the contact angle of 45 degrees.
