摘要
【目的】观察布拉酵母菌联合厚朴治疗抗生素相关性腹泻(antibiotic-associated diarrhea,AAD)的作用。【方法】采用林可霉素灌胃制备抗生素相关性肠炎模型,将60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、布拉酵母菌组、厚朴组、布拉酵母菌+厚朴组,观察各组大鼠肠道菌群变化、血清二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase,DAO)和D-乳酸含量以及肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白(secreted immunoglobulin,SIg A)水平。【结果】与模型组相比,布拉酵母菌、厚朴及合用组治疗14 d时,肠杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量均显著增多(P<0.05);血清DAO和D-乳酸的含量均显著降低(P<0.05);肠黏膜SIg A水平均显著升高(P<0.05),合用组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。【结论】长期应用抗菌素能引起菌群失调和肠黏膜屏障损害。联合应用布拉酵母菌和厚朴治疗能够加强AAD大鼠的肠黏膜屏障,包括菌群屏障、机械屏障和免疫屏障。
【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect of saccharomyces boulardii combined with Magnolia officinalis on antibioticassociated diarrhea(AAD) in rats.【Methods】A total of 60 male rats were randomly divided into 6 different groups: N group( normal group), AAD group, AAD+S group(AAD model rats treated with saccharomyces boulardii), AAD+M group(AAD model rats treated with Magnolia officinalis), AAD+S+M group(AAD model rats treated with saccharomyces boulardii and Magnolia officinalis). AAD models were made with lincomycin via intragastric administration. The variety of intestinal flora was determined; the contents of diamine oxidase(DAO) and D-lactic acid in serum as well as secreted immunoglobulin(SIg A) in intestinal mucous membrane were measured.【Results】Compared with AAD group, the quantity of enteric bacilli, Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acidi lactici significantly increased in AAD+S group, AAD+M group and AAD+S+M group(P〈0.05); the contents of DAO and D-lactic acid in serum significantly decreased in the three groups(P〈0.05); the level of SIg A in intestinal mucous membrane increased significantly in AAD+S group and AAD+M group(P〈0.05), and most significantly in AAD+S+M group(P〈0.01).【Conclusion】Long-term application of antibiotics can induce dysbacteriosis and intestinal mucosal barrier damage. Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Magnolia officinalis can strengthen intestinal mucosal barrier in AAD rats, including bacterial barrier, mechanical barrier and immunologic barrier.
