经后外侧入路支撑钢板内固定治疗后Pilon骨折疗效分析 被引量:1

Therapeutic efficacy analysis of internal fixation with buttress plate via posterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior pilon fractures

摘要 后Pilon骨折特指胫骨远端1/3骨折累及后踝的骨折,发生率较低,约占全部Pilon骨折的5%。Hansen等[1]在2000年提出后Pilon骨折概念,认为其是介于Pilon骨折和三踝骨折一种特殊形式的骨折,由于胫骨远端同时遭受垂直和扭转暴力所致,伴有后踝的撕脱甚至粉碎骨折,累及踝关节面[2],也可伴有腓骨或三踝骨折。
