HPLC Determination of 9 Chemical Compositions Illegally Added in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Relieving Cough and Asthma

目的:建立同时检测止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加的9种化学成分的方法。方法:采用资生堂MG II C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相A为乙腈-甲醇(1∶1),流动相B为10 mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱,流量1.0m L·min^(-1);检测波长为225 nm和360 nm。结果:各成分之间分离良好,9种化学成分在其线性范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.1%~98.9%,最低检测限均符合检测需求。结论:本法简便准确,灵敏度高,通用性好,适用于止咳平喘类中成药中9种非法添加化学成分的检测。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining 9 chemical compositions illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine for relieving cough and asthma. Method： A Shiseido MG II C18 column （4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） was adopted with a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol （1：1） as mobile phase A, 10 mmol · L^-1 ammonium acetate （containing 0. 1% formic acid ） as mobile B, gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The UV detection wavelengths were set at 225 nm and 360 nm. Results： 9 components were well separated from each other. The calibration curves of 9 chemical compositions had good linear relationships and the average recoveries （n = 5） were 95. 1% -98.9%. The LOD of each component met detection requirements. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and reliable for the determination of 9 chemical compositions illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine for relieving cough and asthma.
