Connecting with Qinhuangdao Polytechnic library＇s practice of carrying out the reading promotion activities,this paper puts forward some strategies and methods for the library of higher vocational college to innovate the reading promotion activities, which include establishing the reading promotion mechanism, encouraging the participation of student association, strengthening the construction of library website, and carrying out the mobile reading promotion services, etc.
