摘要
结合长春图书馆实际工作,通过调查案例分析了读者的基本情况、文献信息需求、对文献信息服务的满意度等,探讨了读者异质性程度,从而确定图书馆大流通管理模式的社会增值性,并提出了加强读者服务工作的对策。
Connecting with the actual work of Changchun Library, this paper analyzes readers; basic situation,literature information demands, and satisfaction to literature information service, etc. through case study, and probes into readers' heterogeneity degree to determine the social increment of library's great circulation management mode, and puts forward some strategies for strengthening the reader service.
