摘要 本文对上海应用技术学院食品科学与工程多元化人才培养模式教改的实施效果进行问卷调查等方式评价分析。调查数据表明多元化人才教改的实施较为成功,较为全面地提高了学生综合能力,一定程度适应"大食品工程"背景下的多样化专业人才需求,满足了学生大学四年学习个性化发展的需求,得到了毕业生与食品企业的认可。此外,还对实施过程中存在的一些问题进行分析。 The effect on personnel training of food specialty via diversification culture was evaluated by questionnaire investigation. The data from investigation showed that the personnel training via diversification culture was implemented successfully,improved synthesis capability strongly,adapted requirement for diversified professional talents,and met requirement for individual development. The personnel training via diversification culture was approved well by gradated student and employing unit. Additionally,some problems found in the investigation were analyzed.
