摘要
猪胴体脂肪/肌肉厚度测量是瘦肉率测定的基础。通过研究分析不同近红外波长、不同测量距离下脂肪/瘦肉组织的反射特性,获得了脂肪/瘦肉识别的近红外波长范围以及反射率判定值。提出了单波长、非接触脂肪/瘦肉厚度无损测量方法,结合反射率和光栅尺检测位移计算脂肪/瘦肉厚度。设计构建了相应的检测系统,并通过对五花肉样品的测量实验对系统进行了验证。研究为一体化、小型化、手持式瘦肉率无损测定装置的设计开发提供了一种新的方法。
Measuring the thickness of fat/lean of pork was the basis of measuring lean percentage. By analyzing the reflectivity feature of fat and lean meat tissue under different wavelengths of near infrared and different distances, the range of near infrared wavelength recognized by fat and lean and the decision value of reflectivity were observed. A non - contact and nondestructive measurement method with single wavelength of fat/lean thickness was put forward. Combined with the reflectivity and grating scale the displacement was detected to calculate the thickness of fat and lean. The corresponding detection system was designed. And it was tested by measuring the streaky pork sample. It provided a new method to de- sign and develop integrated, miniaturized and portable nondestructive determinator for lean ratio.
