摘要
针对当前我国肉类食品业质量安全形势,分析了屠宰加工兽医食品卫生检验现状,研究了肉类食品业质量安全及尚存的薄弱环节及关键,展望并探讨了今后肉类食品业开展兽医食品卫生检验与监督管理亟待解决的主要问题。
Aiming at the current quality and safety situation of meat product industry the status of hygiene inspection of slaughter and processing veterinary food was analyzed. The remaining weak links and key of quality and safety of the meat industry were researched. The main issues addressed urgently of carrying out veterinary food hygiene inspection and supervision and management in meat industry in the future were discussed and expected.
