小气道指标对支气管激发试验结果的预测价值 被引量:1

PREDICTIVE VALUE OF SMALL AIRWAY INDICATIOR FOR THE RESULTS OF BRONCHIAL PROVOCATION TEST

摘要 目的:探讨慢性咳嗽患者小气道功能指标对支气管激发试验(BPT)结果的预测价值。方法:160例慢性咳嗽患者行支气管激发试验,分别比较阳性和阴性患者的小气道功能,并评价其与支气管激发试验结果的相关性。结果:与阴性组比较,支气管激发试验阳性组患者25%、50%、75%肺活量位的用力呼气流速(FEF 25%、FEF 50%、FEF 75%)和最大呼气中期流速(MMEF 75/25)明显降低(P<0.05)。慢性咳嗽患者FEF 50%和MMEF 75/25与激发试验后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)的下降率呈负相关(P<0.05)。FEF 75%、FEF 50%、FEF25%、MMEF 75/25对支气管激发试验的阳性结果有一定的预测价值。结论:FEF 50、MMEF 75/25可用来预测支气管激发试验后FEV1的下降率;基础小气道功能对支气管激发试验的结果有一定的预测价值。 Objective: To investigate the predictive value of small airway indicators for the results of bronchial provocation test (BPT) in patients with chronic cough. Methods: 160 chronic cough patients were all performed BPT and the small airway fimction of positive and negative patients were compared; as well as the relationships between small airway indicators and BPT results were analyzed. Results: Compared with negative patients, the FEF 25%, FEF 50%, FEF75% and MMEF 75/25 of BPT positive patients decreased obviously (P〈 0.05). FEF 50% and MMEF 75/25 of chronic cough patients were negatively related to declining rote of FEV1 after BPT (P〈 0.05). FEF 75%, FEF 50%, FEF 25% and MMEF 75/25 lind certain predictive value on BPT results. Conclusions: FEF 50% and MMEF 75/25 can predict the declining rate of FEV1 after BPT; Basic small airway functions have certain predictive value on BPT results.
