微型外固定架结合有限内固定治疗足部损伤15例分析

ANALYSIS OF MINI EXTERNAL FIXATOR COMBINED LIMITED INTERNAL FIXATION IN TREATMENT OF FOOT INJURY OF 15 CASES

目的:总结应用微型外固定架结合有限内固定治疗足部损伤的方法、疗效及并发症。方法:自2009年9月至2012年1月,收治并采用微型外固定架结合有限内固定治疗15例足部损伤患者。结果:所有患者平均随访11个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间5个月。按照Maryland足功能评分,优良率86.7%(13/15)。3例开放性骨折患者固定期间出现针道感染,4例跖骨骨折患者出现创伤性关节炎,3例患者出现外固定架针松动,所有患者术后2个月均出现不同程度的废用性骨质疏松。结论:微型外固定架结合有限内固定治疗足部损伤,具有创伤小、操作简便、固定可靠等优点,是治疗足部损伤的一种新方法。

Objective： To summarize the methods, curative effects and complications for treating foot injury with mini extemal fixator combined limited internal fixation. Methods： 15 foot injury patients from 2009.9-2012.1 were all treated with mini extemal fixator combined limited intemal fixation. Results： All the patients were followed up for 11 months on average; all the patients were cured, and the average healing time was 5 months. The excellence rate was 86.7% （13/15） according to Maryland scores. Among 15 patients, 3 open fiacture patients suffered pin tract infection; 4 metatarsal fractures patients occurred traumatic arthritis; 3 patients occurred external fixator needle loosening; all the patients appeared disuse osteoporosis in different degree 2 months after treatment. Conclusions： Treating foot injury with mini extemal fixator combined limited internal fixation has the advantages of less trauma, simple operation and reliable fixation, so it is a new method for treating foot injury.
