摘要
当逆变型的分布式电源接入配电网后,不同故障点发生短路故障时,分布式电源的接入对短路故障电流产生影响。详细分析了当故障发生时原有的电流保护方案不能可靠动作切除故障的问题,逆变型的分布式电源接入使传统的自适应电流速断保护不能正确整定定值,保护方案失效,针对含IIDG接入的自适应电流速断保护方案做研究,分别分析两相短路故障和三相短路故障情况下自适应电流速断保护的正确整定定值,同时通过PSCAD/EMTDC搭建仿真模型,对该保护方案进行仿真研究,验证了该保护方案的有效性。
After the inverter interfaced distributed generation access to distribution network,while different fault points out of order,distribution network with DGs will have an effect on the short-circuit fault current.This paper analyses the point on the original current protection scheme cannot cut off the fault reliably while malfunction occurs,the inverter interfaced distributed generation access when adaptive current protection cannot correctly setting,adaptive current protection scheme is failure,this paper has studied the quick break adaptive current protection scheme with IIDG accessed,respectively analyzes the current twophase fault and three-phase short circuit fault condition protection right setting,at the same time,the simulation model is built by PSCAD/EMTDC,the simulation study has verified the effectiveness of the proposed protection scheme.
