基于无分时电价用户侧分布式储能经济性分析 被引量:7

摘要 在用户侧引入分布式储能系统,是提高用户供电可靠性的理想途径之一。然而,在目前的技术经济水平下,储能系统造价昂贵,利用储能系统提高用户供电可靠性是否可行,需要从经济性角度进行分析。针对无分时电价情况,分析了用户侧分布式储能系统在提高用户可靠性的经济价值,结合分布式储能的投资成本,以投资利润率为经济性指标,对用户投资DES经济性进行评价。并分析了在不同的标准投资利润率情况下,DES能够盈利的最大投资成本。 Distributed energy storage system is applied to the user-side,in non-time-of-use price the main task is using as a standby power.So the main value of distributed energy storage system is reducing the cost of power supply reliability solutions.The paper establishes the assessment model of this value and the cost model that contains the capital cost model,the operational maintenance cost model.Using above model,the economic analysis model is established.Then using earning power of real assets as economic indicators evaluates the investment distributed energy storage system's economy.
