摘要
加强师资队伍建设是提高教育质量的重要保证。湖南中医药大学通过实施优秀教师培养计划,构建了一种教师培养新模式,提高了师资队伍建设水平。该计划具有目标明确、科学规范、公平公正、保证质量的实践特征,在实施过程中,也出现了一些问题,需要从选拔时间、范围、培养内容、培养方式、经费支持、配套措施等方面进一步完善。
Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is an important guarantee for improving the quality of education. By imple- menting excellent teacher training plan, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine built a new model of teacher training, and improved the level of teaching staff. The plan has four practical characteristics as follows: a clear goal, scientific and standardized, fair and just, quality assurance. In the process of practicing, there have been some problems. We need to further improvement from the selection time and range, training content and methods, financial support, and other aspects of supporting measures.
