小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗小儿哮喘发作期100例

Xiaoer Xiaokechuan Capsules in the Treatment of Children Asthma Attacks for 100 Cases

目的观察小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗小儿哮喘发作期的临床疗效。方法选200例哮喘发作期患儿,随机分为治疗及对照组,每组100例。治疗组给予小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗,对照组采用小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗,疗程5~7天,对比两组患儿的疗效区别。结果治疗组总有效率达90%,对照组总有效率为64%,两组患儿临床疗效比较P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗小儿哮喘发作期,可以更全安有效的控制症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoer Xiaokechuan capsules in the treatment of children asthma at-tacks. Methods Choosing 200 cases of children asthma attack, they were randomly divided into treatment and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Xiaoer Xiaokechuan capsules. The control group used Xiaoer KEChuanning granule. The course of treatment was 5 to 7 days. The curative effect difference of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of the control group was 64%, and the difference of the two groups was statistical significance P0.05. Conclusion Xiaoer Xiaokechuan capsules in the treatment of children asthma attacks can be more effective safety control symptoms, and improve clinical curative effect.
