Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes for 98 Cases

目的探讨在糖尿病的治疗中采用中医辨证治疗方法的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年10月收治的196例糖尿病患者,根据治疗方式的不同,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各98例。其中观察组在常规治疗的基础上,结合中医辨证方法治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上,结合西医方法治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗后的效果。结果在患者的总治疗率方面,观察组为93.9%,而对照组为69.4%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗期间的不良反应率分别为:头晕、头痛的患者为5.1%,心慌患者9.2%,心慌患者4.1%,但是不影响治疗。结论在糖尿病患者的治疗中,采用常规治疗结合中医辨证治疗的方法,可以有效的稳定患者的血糖,不良反应率低,减轻患者的症状,临床效果比较显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes. Methods 196 cases of patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 98 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the ob-servation group was treated with thetapy of traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was treated with the conventional treat-ment and Western medicine. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was93.9% which was significantly higher than 69.4% of the control group, P 0.05, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance. The adverse reactions of the patients in the treatment group were as follows： dizziness, headache patients was5.1%, patients with palpitation was 9.2%, patients with palpitation was 4.1%, but did not affect the treatment. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diabetes, the use of conventional therapy combined with therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effec-tively stabilize the patient＇s blood glucose, reduce adverse reaction rate andthe symptoms of patients, and the clinical effect is signifi-cant. It is worthy of popularization and application.
