豁痰通络汤治疗冠心病心绞痛50例

Huotan Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease for 50 Cases

目的观察豁痰通络汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法将50例符合入组标准的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予复方丹参滴丸10丸/次,3次/日,口服;治疗组给予豁痰通络汤100 ml/次,2次/日,饭后口服。4周为一疗程。询问患者治疗2周、4周后症状改善情况,心绞痛发作次数,持续时间,引起心绞痛发作的运动量(运动耐量);比较治疗前,治疗2周、4周后血流变指标,低密度脂蛋白,胆固醇的变化。结果治疗2周后对照组、治疗组冠心病有效率分别为20.83%、69.23%,症状有效率分别为25%、54.17%;4周后对照组、治疗组冠心病有效率分别为58.33%、92.31,症状有效率分别,80.77%、92.31%;豁痰通络汤能够快速安全有效的减少心绞痛发作次数,持续时间,增加运动耐量,能够降低患者血流变指标和血脂水平。结论豁痰通络汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Huotan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coro-nary heart disease. Methods 50 cases meet the standard set of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given compound Danshen dropping pill 10 / time, 3 times/day, oral. The treatment group was given Huotan Tongluo decoction 100 ml/time, 1 time/day, administered after meal. 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, the situation, the attack frequency of angina pectoris, lasting time and causing angina exercise（ exercise tolerance） were asked. Before treatment, 2weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, indexes, low density lipoprotein and cholesterol were compared. Results After treatment for 2weeks, the effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 20.83% and 69.23%, respectively, the symptom effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 25% and 54.17%, respectively. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 58.33% and 92.31, respectively, the symptom effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 80.77% and 92.31%, respectively. Huotan Tongluo decoction can reduce attack frequency of angina pectoris quickly and lasting time, increase exercise tolerance, and can reduce indexes and blood lipids level. Conclusion Huotan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease had satisfied curative effect.
