健脾活血利水方治疗乙肝肝硬化对脾脏、门静脉主干内径的影响

Effect of the Jianpi Huoxue Lishui Decoction in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis on the Spleen and Inner Diameter of Portal Vein Trunk

目的探讨健脾活血利水方治疗乙肝肝硬化对脾脏、门静脉主干内径的影响。方法研究对象取自于我院2013年10月—2014年10月收治的78例乙肝肝硬化患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者接受常规抗病毒治疗;观察组患者同时给予健脾活血利水方治疗。统计2组患者治疗前后脾脏厚度和门静脉主干内径,观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后脾脏厚度和门静脉主干内径[(37.47±4.21)和(11.38±1.05)]mm均低于对照组(P<0.05);较对照组,观察组治疗总有效率89.7%高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾活血利水方治疗乙肝肝硬化疗效确切,能有效降低脾脏厚度与门静脉主干内径,适合于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of the Jianpi Huoxue Lishui decoction in the treatment of hepatitis b cirrhosis on the spleen and inner diameter of portal vein trunk. Methods 78 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conven-tional antiviral therapy, while the observation group was treated with the Jianpi Huoxue Lishui decoction. The spleen thickness and the inner diameter of portal vein of the two groups before and after treatment were detected, and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results In the observation group, the thickness of spleen and the inner diameter of portal vein was（ 37.47 ±4.21） and（ 11.38 ±1.05） mm, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.7%, which was higher than that of the control group（ P0.05）. Conclusion the curative effect of Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis is exact, and it can effectively reduce the thickness of spleen and portal vein diame-ter. It is suitable for clinical promotion.
