益肾强骨汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎32例

Yishen Qianggu Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 32 Cases

目的观察益肾强骨汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组予益肾强骨汤治疗,对照组予壮骨关节丸治疗。结果治疗后2组各项观察指标积分均明显下降,经统计分析,两组积分及临床疗效比较有显著性差异(2组积分比较P<0.01,两组疗效比较P<0.05)。结论益肾强骨汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yis hen Qianggu decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods64 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 32 cases. The treatment group was treated with Yishen Qianggu decoction. The patients in the control group were treated with Zhuanggu Guanjie pill. Results After treatment, the observation index scores of the two groups were significantly decreased. After statistical analysis, the integral and clinical effect of the two groups were significantly different（ the two points compared with P〈0.01, the effect of the two groups were compared with P0.05）. Conclusion Yishen Qianggu decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant effect.
