摘要
目的探讨犀角地黄汤加味治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年10月—2015年4月收治的90例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成2组,每组45例。2组患者均给予常规对症治疗,观察组加用中药犀角地黄汤加味治疗,比较2组治疗前后NIHSS评分、GCS评分以及临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后NIHSS评分、GCS评分分别为(2.11±0.25)分,(14.95±1.05)分,均较治疗前有明显改善,且改善程度明显大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为86.67%,相对于对照组的66.67%有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论犀角地黄汤加味治疗急性脑出血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xijiao Dihua ng decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 45 cases. They were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to April 2015. Two groups of patients were given routine symptomatic treatment. The observation group used additionally Chinese medicine Xijiao Dihuang decoction. Before and after treatment, the NIHSS score, GCS score and clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score and GCS score of the observation group were(2.11 + 0.25) and(14.95 + 1.05), respectively, the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01), and the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67 % which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Xijiao Dihuang decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral hemor-rhage has significant curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
