中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus

目的研究探讨中西医联合的方法治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效情况。方法对入住我院的100例口腔扁平苔藓的患者采用随机分组的方式,分成对照组50例和治疗组50例。对对照组只采用单一的西医疗法,对治疗组采用中西医结合治疗的方式进行治疗,一个月后观察患者口腔黏膜情况比较2组的疗效,疗程结束后进行一年时间的随访,了解病情复发情况。结果采用西医治疗的对照组痊愈5例,显效22例,好转15例,无效8例,总有效率为54.00%;复发20例,复发率为40.00%。采用中西医结合治疗的治疗组痊愈11例,显效25例,好转12例,无效2例,总有效率为72.00%;复发9例,复发率为18.00%。2组总有效率和复发率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用西医治疗的基础之上与中医联合对口腔扁平苔藓的治疗更具有临床治疗效果,且复发率低的特点。

Objective To study the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods 100 patients with oral lichen planus in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with single Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated by therapy of integrated medicine. A month after treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was observed. After the end of the course, they were followed-up a year to understand the disease recurrence. Results The total effective rate and the recurrence rate of the control group was 54% and 40%, respectively. In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 72%, and the recurrence rate was 18%. The differences of total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine treatment, combined with the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus has more clinical therapeutic effect, and the recurrence rate is low.
